What cookies and similar technologies are
SFXM.NETWORK uses cookies, browser local storage and similar mechanisms where needed for security, the application-form session, interface preferences and privacy-choice management. Not every mechanism described below is technically a cookie; we describe them together for transparency.
Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies are used where they are required for secure service operation or for a function explicitly requested by the user.
- SFXMINTAKE — a security session cookie used during the SFXM Business Signal and company-application process; configured as Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; it expires when the browser session ends;
- sfxm-theme — browser local storage for the selected interface theme;
- sfxm-lang — local storage for the selected language;
- sfxm-consent-v2 — local storage for the user’s optional-technology choices.
Storage and session mechanisms currently used
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
SFXMINTAKE | session cookie | form-process security, session handling and CSRF protection | until the browser session ends |
sfxm-consent-v2 | localStorage | stores the user’s choice regarding optional technologies | until removed by the user or the mechanism changes |
sfxm-lang | localStorage | remembers the selected language | until removed by the user |
sfxm-theme | localStorage | remembers the interface theme | until removed by the user |
At the time this version is published, optional analytics and marketing tools are not activated unless they have been configured and the required consent condition has been met.
Analytics technologies
At this stage SFXM.NETWORK does not activate analytics tools before they are configured and the required user choice has been obtained. If a tool such as Google Analytics 4 is introduced in the future, information about the provider, purposes, duration and identifiers used will be updated before production use.
Marketing technologies
We do not currently activate marketing or advertising technologies. If this changes, the consent mechanism and this Policy will be updated before such technologies are used.
Your choice
Optional technologies should not be activated before the required choice is made. You can accept or reject optional categories and later change your decision through “Cookies” in the SFXM.NETWORK menu or footer.
Browser settings
You can also delete site data or block selected mechanisms in your browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent the secure application form from working correctly or prevent preferences from being remembered.
